NBA: No Beer for Nelson During Press Interviews

Just days after St. Louis Cardinals pitcher Josh Hancock was killed after a game while driving drunk, (he was also speeding, talking on a cellular phone and had marijuana in his vehicle), the National Basketball Association has told Golden State Warriors coach Don Nelson he is not allowed to bring beer into post game press conferences.

Nelson was seen with a Bud Light in his hand while conducting post game interviews during the Warriors series against the Dallas Mavericks. Nelson has a 1,232-920 regular season record, the second highest victory total by a coach in league history.
