Caretaker 2008 Pinot Noir is a Central Coast California wine that is sold at Trader Joe's.
Caretaker 2008 Pinot Noir has a light floral aroma and pours a purple garnet color. The wine has a delicate body, with hints of black cherry and raspberry. Very smooth and drinkable. Not the biggest red you will ever taste, but pretty nice to go along with a roasted chicken.
