I'd be interested to know what the "4 Other Non-Craft Breweries" are. This indicates that the use of the term "craft" denotes a difference in brewing style and quality of product, as opposed to simply meaning smaller scale then huge industrial-scale brewers such as A-B. If so, who makes that judgement, and how come only four small breweries in the whole of the US failed to be considered "craft"? Again, this comes back to what exactly "craft" means. I'd query whether it's a term that should be used in the context of statistics like this, as it seems to be based on subjective opinion as far as I can see.
